Location: Monroe CT
Schedule: Monday Friday FullTime

Position Summary
We are seeking aBariatrics Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our multidisciplinary team in Monroe CT. You will play a key role in managing preoperative assessments postoperative care and longterm weight management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preoperative evaluations including patient history physical exams and risk assessments.
- Manage postoperative care including followups wound management and patient counseling.
- Provide ongoing weight management consultations with a focus on patient education and support.
- Collaborate with the bariatric care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
- Licensure: Active or eligible for Connecticut NP or PA licensure.
- Experience:
- Preferred: 12 years in bariatrics internal medicine or related clinical fields.
- Open to new graduates with a keen interest in bariatric care and a strong clinical background.
