RPO Recruitments client is looking for a detailoriented and proactive Compliance Assistant to join their team in Bryanston Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting compliance processes ensuring regulatory requirements are met and assisting with client onboarding and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:- Onboarding clients for various investment opportunities from start to finish.
- FICA collation.
- Prepopulating client agreements.
- Assisting with the preparation of client portfolio reviews (every six months).
- Handling physical and digital filing of onboarding clients.
- Completing any other reasonable requests from directors or management.
Requirements:- 35 years of experience in a compliance administrative role.
- Matric qualification.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Financial Diploma or a similar qualification.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good recordkeeping ability.
- High level of integrity and eagerness to learn.
- Reliability and accountability.
- Age between 2535 years is advantageous.
- Salary: R144000 R168000 per annum.
