Hiring for Press Shop Industry
Position: Assistant Manager Production
Experience: 07 to 10 Yrs
Education: BE (Mech)
Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge about Press shop production process
- System Knowledge
- Exposure in JHVDAVW Vendors
- TPM Knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Productivity Rejection & Management Activities.
- Responsible for TPM implementation and work as aa JH leader
- Guide Support team of Operators
- Coordinate with Planning Leader for Scheduling & Priorities
- Coordinate with Quality team for stage & final Inspection
- Control cost of production and Achieve maximum output at lowest possible cost
- Achieve and Maintain Consistency in Quality of products
- Coordination with internal stake holders Facility Management Supply Chain
- Drive Daily Management & Visual Management System.
- Technical solutions to achieve overall equipment efficiency(OEE)and PPM
- To focus on minimize set up change overtime through SMED(Single minute exchange of Dies) reduce loss time to improve Overall equipment Efficiency(OEE).
- Production planning on day to day basis in order to avoid schedule loss.
- Manpower planning for smooths functioning of shop floor activities.
- Maintaining & implementation of 5S actives on shop floor.
- Facing IATFAudit IQA Audit Action implementation on IQA /TUV Audit NCR & Observation
- To improve productivity by implementing various CIPs & POKAYOKE & KAIZEN implemented.
- Calculating & analysing OEE and Down time corrective action with Why Why analysis.
- Monitoring rework and rejection data and implementing corrective and preventive actions with Gemba Activity WhyWhy Analysis & 8D .
- Monitoring and maintaining WIP(Inventory Control).
- Motivating manpower & granting them ownership for different shop floor activities.
- Plan Process & Fixture Validation and implement on it.
- ERP Production Entry OEE analysis.
- Prepared & Present MRM Data.
- Preparing OPLSOP OCP PFC & relevant documents of PPAP.
- Reduce External Customer complaints & Reduce Internal rejections.
Salary: Up To 7 LPA
