Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides subject matter expertise for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Provides expertise in requirements gathering design coordination testing and support of customer BI reporting and analytic needs. Assists Project Manager in the development of project plans. Collaborates with business process owners technical staff and project manager to leverage the use of data and data strategies across a full spectrum of business/operational needs. May lead the of feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems. Provides necessary data elements and business knowledge to support the design and development of data models. May lead the integration efforts for merging BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications. Employs data warehouse analysis and design experience with knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling
Specifically The Business Analyst will work under the direction of management to perform some or all the following:
- Documenting operations performed by end users system operators and system maintainers including periodic scheduled maintenance.
- Documenting all hardware and software maintenance support actions and licenses to successfully provide O&M support.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the policy compliance and baseline processes and recommending adjustments to improve performance.
- Assisting the application of an approved governance process for management of product development deployment and maintenance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance with Polygraph

- ITIL 4 Foundations
