We are looking for an Account Receivable Analyst to join our headquarters in Coral Gables. You will join a company:

What will you be doing
Under direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for accounts receivable activities including the following:
Using SAP as a main tool the main goals but no limited to will be:
Handle accounts receivable for Cosentino Canada.
Follow maintain and enforce company creditAR policies and procedures.
Perform day to day financial transactions including posting and applying incoming payments as well as applying credit memos.
Reconcile accounts by identifying discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues.
Analyze and monitor accounts due debts to help improve accounts revenue cycle and identify opportunities to improve.
Reviewing preparing and analyzing A/R aging reports.
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers directly.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Maintain local relationship with centers. Recurrent communication with operations teams (CSRs and Operations Managers) at the centers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with RDs General Managers and Sales Departments to assist in collecting from customers directly.
Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor as needed.
What are we looking for
EXPERIENCE
Required
2 3 years of accounts receivable billing finance or other related experience
Desired
Experienced in conflict resolution
EDUCATION
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Desired
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
KNOWLEDGE
Required
SAP or similar ERP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to interact and build relationships within the organization and with customers
Ability to negotiate with customers
