The Sales Keyholder is responsible for providing frontline contact with the customer while assisting in achieving the stores planned sales goals. The Sales Keyholder ensures a positive shopping experience for the customer by determining and meeting customer needs. Sales Keyholder will receive instore training in appliance and furniture sales and will have full commission earnings potential as well as opportunities for career advancement. In the absence of the Store Manager and Operations Manager the Sales Keyholder will assume ManagerOnDuty responsibilities.
