Job Overview:
As a Sales Trainee at Don Hattan Ford youll:
- Engage Customers:Reach out to leads via phone text and email to schedule appointments and answer inquiries.
- Learn Sales Skills:Learn to guide customers through the vehicle selection process focusing on their needs and preferences.
- Work Deals:Conduct test drives do vehicle presentations and negotiate fair pricing.
- Complete Transactions:Get handson experience with sales paperwork and customer followups.
- Stay Informed:Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep up with the latest vehicle models and sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Contact potential customers using lead lists and prospecting strategies.
- Assist with test drives and answer customer questions confidently.
- Prepare and review salerelated paperwork with accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and clean showroom environment.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and group sales targets.
Qualifications:
- No Sales Experience Needed:If youve excelled in outbound call centers bartending waiting tables personal training or similar fields we can train you to succeed in automotive sales.
- Strong Communication Skills:Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
