- Must have NX Solid modeling & surface modeling hands on & proven skill sets. (Especially Die design using NX)
- Should have basic knowledge of AutoForm feasibility simulations
- Exposure to CAD tools such as Catia Team Center Team Center Vis mockup Process Simulate and willing to learn further on virtual manufacturing tools.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in shift if necessary
- Excellent Communication analytical & Interpersonal skills ability to plan organize and implement multiple concurrent tasks.
- Candidate should be flexible to participate tool test at GTBC campus.

Responsibilities- Expertise in sheet metal process development die design & simulation knowledge on Stamping core parts.
- As per Ford GPDS Program scale each gateway need to deliver multiple CAD iteration of the following activities as per Ford standards and SPLs guidelines in Catia environment.
- NX Die Engineering Draw/Surface development (Basic knowledge Seed)
- NX Die Planning 3D Process development (Basic knowledge Seed)
- NX Die Structure Design Die design (In depth & hands on Master)
- Must have parametric design knowledge (Tandem & transfer lines)
- Capable of designing Std/non std cam drives suitable for the process (Mechanical rotary etc.
- NX Programming NC Model development (In depth & hands on Master)
- NX rule or code creation and code modification for Parametric design models (Basic knowledge Seed)
- Should have hands on experience on Class A & B Stamping parts Die design using NX.
