Shift Supervisor
Wage: $25.50/ hour

As a Shift Supervisor youll lead Security Officers onsite ensure operations run smoothly and help maintain a safe secure environment for clients and personnel. What We Need from You:
- Experience in supervising 10 employees.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Reliable transportation and valid means of communication.
- Must meet applicable licensing requirements for Security Officers.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise and Support Security Officers to ensure client and company expectations are met.
- Provide Lead Direction Guide Security Officers ensure post orders are followed and conduct regular patrols and inspections.
- Perform Security Duties Observe report and respond to incidents keeping the site secure.
- Ensure Client Safety Preserve order enforce regulations and notify proper authorities in emergencies.
- Train and Mentor new Security Officers Assist with onboarding training and reviewing post assignments.
- Administrative Oversight Help with payroll submissions reports and staffing to ensure seamless site coverage.
- Client Relations Build positive relationships with clients by delivering topnotch service and addressing any security concerns.
- Conduct Regular Post Inspections oversee shift operations and handle scheduling.
