The Role

As a Solutions Consultant at EDITED you will partner with Sales Executives to deliver impactful product demonstrations and craft tailored solutions to align with client needs. Collaborating across Sales Product Marketing and Customer Success teams youll play a vital role in showcasing the value of our platform. Youll do this by shaping product development enhancing gotomarket strategies and ensuring a successful handover to Customer Success.

We are looking for an enthusiastic forwardthinking thought leader to join our team and impact EDITEDs growth and product suite by providing actionable feedback supporting team training and delivering bestpractice workflows.

What Youll Be Doing As A Solution Consultant:

  • Drive revenue: Partner with Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value and drive deals.

  • Ensure client success: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Sales Business Development Product Marketing Customer Success) to understand client needs craft tailored solutions and ensure successful product adoption.

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding: Actively participate in client onboarding providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Contribute to product innovation: Contribute to product development by providing feedback and insights to the Product team.

  • Develop compelling messaging: Assist Product Marketing in developing compelling messaging and delivering engaging product demonstrations.

  • Enable customer success: Support the Customer Success and Enablement team with bestpractice demonstration outlines and methodology.

  • Empower sales teams: Help to onboard new Sales Executives by providing training on products and internal systems.

What Were Looking For In A Solution Consultant:

Must Have:

  • Experience in Head Office Retail: A strong interest in the retail sector supported by experience working within a retail head office environment.

  • Technical Acumen: Two or more years in a technical role with the ability to come uptospeed on technologies quickly

  • Presales and collaboration expertise: Proven ability to deliver tailored product demos and support crossfunctional sales deals

  • Communication & presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value to diverse audiences.

  • Commercial insight: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align client needs with platform capabilities setting realistic expectations.

  • Customercentric approach: Passionate about customer success and ROI.

  • Feedback forward: Generous with feedback and receptive to feedback with an eagerness to learn.

  • Datadriven decisionmaking & Proactive problemsolving: Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and can anticipate challenges to find solutions.

  • Adaptability and Resultsdriven: Ability to respond to evolving market demands with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Product knowledge: Deep understanding of EDITED and the fashion retail industry.

  • Project management: Ability to coordinate initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
