Are you ready to lead the delivery of innovative AI solutions at our organization We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive complex AI projects from conception to completion. Join our team and collaborate with crossfunctional experts to deliver AI solutions that align with business objectives and market needs.
As a Technical AI Delivery Manager within our Commercial & Investment Bank you will lead the delivery of innovative AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include promoting complex AI projects from conception to completion collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs. You will also be involved in strategic planning and deployment of AI projects and provide mentorship and coaching to the AI team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend delivery of AI projects from strategic planning to and deployment.
- Define and implement AI delivery strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
- Act as Scrum Master utilizing scrum Kanban & SAFe to deliver technical releases with Data Scientists ML Engineers Cloud Engineers & DXD.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
- Develop and maintain an AI delivery roadmap to guide the organizations AI initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements resource estimates and timelines.
- Act as a mentor and agile coach for the AI team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
- Communicate project progress risks and outcomes to senior executives and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Significant experience in AI project and program management with a proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions at scale.
- Experience running agile methodologies within AI teams utilizing backlog refinement sprint planning standups retrospectives and sprint reviews.
- Experience in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of the ML workflow spanning from annotation model training model serving scoring pre/post processing productionisation and feedback capture.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Knowledge of Cloud (AWS) computing and architecture data management technologies and ML platform tools.
- Knowledge of AI technologies methodologies and industry trends.
