Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountable for the overall performance and increase of turnover in the respective area.
- Develop sales in the respective area of responsibility.
- Encourage a vital and productive atmosphere in the working environment.
- Develop trustful and relevant relationships with Customers.
- Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companys code of conduct.
- Elaborate market evaluation for customer solutions demand and purchasing to build up a highquality competence network from new customers which fulfill classified USPs.
- Find opportunities for crossdivisional sales.
Responsibilities for Business Results
- Year on year improvement of own turnover and margin.
- Number of new clients new projects landmark projects.
- Customer satisfaction index.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Age: maximum 35 years
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate with any specialization MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in business administration is preferred.
- Experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience in project sales & marketing of automated hardware products like automated lock advanced security systems automated doors elevators etc.
