Job Description
Overview: The AI/ML Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization s artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. As a leader in technology strategy this individual is responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI and ML systems that will drive innovation and improve efficiencies across business processes. This position requires a balance of technical expertise strategic vision and leadership skills to guide crossfunctional teams in integrating AI solutions that align with organizational goals. The AI/ML Architect will work closely with data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to ensure the successful realization of AI initiatives. By harnessing cuttingedge technologies the AI/ML Architect aids in transforming data into actionable insights thereby fostering a datadriven culture within the organization. This is a senior role that demands a strong background in AI methodologies programming skills and an understanding of business applications of machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect AI and ML solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with data science teams to develop machine learning models.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and frameworks.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of AI applications.
- Lead the development of proofofconcept solutions for AI initiatives.
- Define best practices for AI and ML deployment.
- Establish data governance and management frameworks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs.
- Develop technical documentation for AI systems and processes.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive strategic insights.
- Ensure AI applications comply with data privacy and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies.
- Assist in budgeting and resource planning for AI projects.
- Architect scalable AI solutions that foster business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect or similar role.
- 8 years of experience
- Strong understanding of algorithms and machine learning principles.
- Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python Java or R.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data engineering principles and tools.
- Track record of successfully delivering AI projects.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of Big Data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in AI and ML.
