As Junior Payment Factory and Order to Cash Manager you are responsible for the documentation maintenance and further improvement of processes controls policies and systems for both Payment Factory and Order to Cash in coordination with internal and external partners. You will support the overall strategic planning of our digitalization roadmap of both teams and drive projects to further streamline and improve our processes via automation and/or robotics. You will need to mine data and critically analyze current processes to propose long term solutions in your functional domain. Finally you are also the first line of contact to provide support to stakeholders and operational staff to safeguard the operational activities of the team.
The Junior Payment Factory and Order to Cash Manager will work within the Payment Factory and OrdertoCash (PF & O2C) department of Global Finance Services Europe of Umicore located in Brussels and will report to the manager of that department.
