Lead of Digital Measurement and Data Science

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Lead of Digital Measurement and Data Science to join our team in Cambridge United States. In this pivotal role you will spearhead our data science initiatives driving insights and innovation across our digital platforms.

• Develop and implement advanced data science strategies to optimize digital measurement and analytics
• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into datadriven solutions
• Design and execute complex statistical analyses machine learning models and predictive algorithms
• Oversee the development of robust data pipelines and ETL processes
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Drive the adoption of cuttingedge technologies and methodologies in data science and digital analytics
• Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
• Mentor and develop team members enhancing their technical and analytical skills
• Contribute to the companys overall data strategy and digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications :

• Masters degree or Ph.D. in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field
• 7 years of experience in data science or a related field with 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in advanced statistical analysis machine learning and data visualization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
• Experience with big data technologies and cloudbased analytics platforms
• Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics)
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing analytics and ecommerce
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead crossfunctional teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
• Track record of driving datadriven decision making and delivering measurable business impact
• Experience in customer behavior analysis and predictive modeling
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to emerging technologies

Additional Information :

The base salary range for this position is $139000 $186000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including but not limited to relevant skills & experience job location and internal equity.  Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and longterm incentives including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual business unit and company performance.
