We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Technology Architect to join our global software company as a lead evangelist for our marketleading AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI technologies exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients and senior internal stakeholders to showcase the value of our AI solutions.
This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between AI product development and client needs driving successful presales engagements and contributing to the companys global growth at scale.
This role involves strategic decisionmaking and shaping the direction of our global organization.
The AI Technology Architect will be accountable for the following:
- Client Evangelism: Drive interest engagement and action among senior customer stakeholders as well as internal teams. Act as a force multiplier for IFS.ai developing best practices and scalable content.IFS.ai Framing: Lead sales pursuits in collaboration with Account Executives positioning IFS.ai in a feasible evidencebased manner that aligns with client expectations and technical capabilities. Own customerfacing content tooling and messaging.
- Technical Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations of our AI products to potential clients showcasing their value and capabilities for use by the field presales teams.
- Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of detailed proposal templates including technical specifications project timelines and resource estimates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development engineering sales commercial and marketing teams to align presales strategies with company objectives and product roadmaps.
- Market Analysis: Stay engaged with industry trends competitor products and AI advancements providing insights that shape product development and marketing strategies..
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to nonAI specialists fostering AI expertise across the organization.
How the role will be measured:
- Sales KPIs: AI pipeline # customers engaged consumption and revenue.
- # Engagements Supported: Ensuring all global AI presales practices are built on uptodate hands on field work.
- Quality of Output: Peer and management reviews of the content created and how effectively it is adopted by the field.
Qualifications :
- Evangelism: able to speak with passion and authority on the topic of Industrial AI and gain buyin from senior stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch or equivalent) data analysis natural language processing and computer vision. Practical programming skills in Python or similar languages preferred. For nondeveloper candidates a practical understanding and ability to hold a technical conversation with an IT/AI stakeholder is a must.
- Tier 1 AI Technology exposure: direct experience working with blue chip technology vendors and enterprise level financial transactions.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of AI applications in various including those in an industry setting related to IFS core markets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients understanding their business challenges and proposing effective AI solutions.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel globally as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
required education & experience
Essential:
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/ML are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI architecture with at least 3 years in a presales or clientfacing role in the software industry.
