Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Sutton to assist with the appointment of a Housing Officer on a 3month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 14.68 18.44 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated patch of properties ensuring effective tenancy and leasehold management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding tenancyrelated matters including rent arrears antisocial behavior repairs and tenancy sustainment.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements health and safety regulations and estate management standards.
- Investigate and resolve reports of antisocial behavior taking appropriate action in line with policies and legal requirements.
Essentials:
- Experience in delivering a highquality customer service across multiple channels; Phone Email and online forms.
- Excellent listening skills analysis of customer needs and applying appropriate resolution
- Good written and oral communications
- A proactive approach to responding to customer needs and expectations
- Be able to work as an individual and as a member of a team
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet customers needs.
- Be capable of dealing with different customers and situations.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires a basic DBS
