About the Role
The Chief of Staff to the CPTO will play a critical role in enabling and facilitating the strategic priorities and operational of the ProductTech organization at Hinge. This role is designed to empower the CPTO by managing the daytoday operational and communication complexities of a fastpaced highgrowth environment allowing the CPTO to focus on setting the vision and driving strategic decisions. Acting as a trusted partner and enabler the Chief of Staff will ensure that initiatives are executed efficiently stakeholders are aligned and ProductTech organization operates smoothly.
