About the Role

The Chief of Staff to the CPTO will play a critical role in enabling and facilitating the strategic priorities and operational of the ProductTech organization at Hinge. This role is designed to empower the CPTO by managing the daytoday operational and communication complexities of a fastpaced highgrowth environment allowing the CPTO to focus on setting the vision and driving strategic decisions. Acting as a trusted partner and enabler the Chief of Staff will ensure that initiatives are executed efficiently stakeholders are aligned and ProductTech organization operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

    • Support annual planning and OKRs setting processes ensuring producttech and organizations goals are aligned and progress is visible.
    • Facilitate the of strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with Hinges mission and objectives.
    • Partner with the CPTO and Operations to track report and communicate the strategic direction of the ProductTech organization.
    • Collaborate with producttech leadership operations and Talent Acquisition to craft and track a hiring plan that supports organizational strategy.
    • Identify bottlenecks and challenges proactively providing solutions to maintain organizational momentum.
    • Drive crossfunctional initiatives and operational priorities as directed by the CPTO.
    • Draft CPTOs internal and external communications including Slack announcements OKR updates and presentation materials ensuring clarity and alignment of messaging.
    • Build and refine presentations for ProductTech AllHands Monthly Business Reviews and annual planning meetings.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Streamline decisionmaking processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Plan and execute team meetings including agenda creation materials preparation and action item followups ensuring no items fall through the cracks.
    • Oversee and improve systems for tracking and reporting strategic and crossfunctional initiatives.
    • Manage the annual ProductTech budget ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Evaluate implement and maintain costeffective tools in collaboration with Engineering Data and ML teams.
    • Optimize the CPTOs calendar to prioritize strategic initiatives and key meetings.
    • With the support of CPTOs Executive Assistant: Coordinate 1:1s skiplevel meetings and crossfunctional cadences oversee logistics for onsite/offsite team gatherings and social events handle travel expenses and coordination of external meetings for the CPTO.
    • Champion Hinges culture and foster a collaborative highperforming environment.
    • Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
    • Mentor and coach team members supporting leadership skill development across the organization

    • Strategy: Proven experience in a Chief of Staff strategy or operational leadership role within a techdriven organization.
    • Planning: Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
    • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with experience drafting and presenting materials for executive audiences.
    • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally driving influence and alignment with senior stakeholders.
    • Culture: Deep understanding of and alignment with Hinges culture and mission.
$124200 $150000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/training jobrelated skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
