Job Description
Partner Staffingis currently working withour client seeking experienced Transportation ProjectManager to join their team in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in transportation infrastructure projects and a proven track recordof managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requiresexcellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills to ensuresuccessful project delivery within scope budget and schedule.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope goals anddeliverables.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implementmitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team.
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations standards andbest practices.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of projectdelivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
- Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure costeffectiveresource allocation.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Transportation EngineeringProject Management or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experiencein transportation project management.
- Strong knowledge of transportation infrastructure including roadshighways bridges and public transit systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiplepriorities.
