Job Description:
Make outbound calls to set appointments beneficiaries card delivery.
Utilize the Enterprise system to set the appointments of cards deliveries.
Support the planning team arranging the card delivery ticket in CDQ on the Enterprise
Handle the updates of the appointments of the individual deliveries.
Records Keeping of the daily outbound calls activities.
Generate reports of the daily weekly and monthly calls productivity
Support in the emerged projects raised by ABC or any departments
Arrange the cards movements to the distribution points.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
Prior experience in logistics or Call Center or a related field is preferred.
