Job Description
Qualis LLC is seeking a Summer Engineering Intern to join our Advanced Technology Groups at our Huntsville AL office to assist with various challenging engineering projects. An ideal applicant is a current student or a recent graduate of an electrical software or systems engineering program from an ABET accredited university. While prior job experience is not required candidates will need a high GPA and training in common engineering computer programs such as Simulink MATLAB.
Responsibilities
Our Engineering Interns are responsible for performing tasks requiring the application of standard engineering techniques and procedures to design document test and deliver various solutions to provided engineering problems
Collaborate with multidisciplined team members
Test plan and procedure development and reporting
Develop and participate in briefing materials for stakeholders
Assisst lead engineers with various project duties and other assigned duties
Research solutions to project concerns; analyze recommend and present solutions to problems
Participate in continuous improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data
Requirements
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in a ABET accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
Ability to work fulltime during the summer months.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent timemanagement skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
