Job Description:

We are looking for Network Operations Center (NOC) Technicians for various largescale projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a NOC Technician you will be at the heart of our network infrastructure ensuring the availability and performance of services. Your tasks will include:

  • Proactive Monitoring: Keep an eye on network systems servers and applications using our advanced monitoring tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide firstlevel support by quickly resolving incidents and issues faced by our clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain the health and performance of the network.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators and identify potential problems before they impact our services.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents diagnostics and resolutions for optimal traceability.
  • Clear Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the status of incidents and resolutions by conveying technical information clearly.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
  • Bilingualism required (French/English).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and operating systems (Windows Linux).
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
  • Experience in the telecommunications field.
  • ITIL certification.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Nous sommes la recherche de Technicien.ne Centre dOpration Rseau (NOC) pour diffrents projets denvergure.

RLE ET RESPONSABILITS :

En tant que Technicien NOC vous serez au cur de notre infrastructure rseau garantissant la disponibilit et la performance des services. Vos missions incluront :

  • Surveillance proactive : Gardez un il sur les systmes rseau serveurs et applications grce nos outils de surveillance avancs.
  • Support technique : Offrez un support de premier niveau en rsolvant rapidement les incidents et problmes rencontrs par nos clients.
  • Collaboration dquipe : Travaillez main dans la main avec vos collgues pour maintenir la sant et la performance du rseau.
  • Analyse des performances : Suivez les indicateurs cls et identifiez les problmes potentiels avant quils naffectent nos services.
  • Documentation prcise : Maintenez des enregistrements dtaills des incidents des diagnostics et des rsolutions pour une traabilit optimale.
  • Communication fluide : Tenez informes les parties prenantes sur ltat des incidents et des rsolutions en transmettant des informations techniques de manire claire.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPRIENCE :

  • Diplme en technologies de linformation ou exprience quivalente.
  • Comprhension des concepts de rseautage (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
  • Bilinguisme requis (franais/anglais).
  • Familiarit avec les outils de surveillance de rseau et les systmes dexploitation (Windows Linux).
  • Excellentes comptences en rsolution de problmes et en communication.
  • Capacit travailler en quipe et apprendre rapidement.
  • Exprience dans le domaine des tlcommunications.
  • Certification ITIL.
