This role will require being fulltime onsite at our New York office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problemsolving.
Team Description
Join BitGos Fiat team and help shape the future of crypto on and offramps. We are dedicated to creating robust fiat infrastructure that is secure compliant and built for the future of digital finance. Our goal is to expand our fiat currency support at BitGo internationally by adding multiple currencies in multiple jurisdictions. Skills & Experience:
Required:
- At least 3 years of proven experience of backend and serverside development
- Great at algorithm design problem solving and complexity analysis
- Strong experience with technical system design across multifunctional teams
- Strong experience with RESTful API design
- Experience with microservices and serviceoriented architectures
- Experience with unit and functional testing and debugging
- Experience in Git/GitHub and branching methodologies code review tools CI tools etc.
- Ability to move quickly and adjust course as needed in a fastpaced environment
- Bachelors degree in computer science applied mathematics or another technical discipline from a top university
- Understanding of and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain
Preferred:
- Experience with Elixir Phoenix and PostgreSQL
- Experience with TypeScript Node.js Express and MongoDB
- Experience developing consumerfacing crypto products
- Proven experience building publicfacing APIs in a production environment
- Experience working with clients and/or business partners
- Familiarity with any of the following: banking integrations foreign exchange digital wallets clearing and settlement lending trading accounting systems etc

Pay Transparency Notice:Depending upon your leveling and location the compensation for this role averages between $150000 $180000 USD base salary. Equity an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this roles package.
