POSITION SUMMARY
Casual Nights Associate
Rate of Pay: 13.69 per hour
Hours: 10.30pm 7am

What youll do
Reporting directly into the Front Office Night Supervisors the role of Nights Associate is responsible for:
- Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
- Processing check ins check outs guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
- Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
- Cash and Key security and control
- Check figures postings and documents for accuracy.
- Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
- Audit statistical financial and accounting reports and tables.
