Education
Bachelors Degree : College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (Required)
Doctorate Degree : PharmD (Preferred)
Experience
1 Year experience working in hospital or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (Preferred)
License/Certifications
RPHLIC PA Pharmacist License (Required)
BLS Basic Life Support (Preferred)
