Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE) with a strong background in AGILE methodologies to oversee the planning and of program increments. This position is crucial for managing multiple teams under the SAFe framework and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment with a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to foster collaboration among crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams ensuring timely delivery and alignment with program goals.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adjust to changing priorities effectively.
- Experience in managing program risks dependencies and deliverables.
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira or equivalent is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe RTE Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or similar are highly desirable.
