Were looking for someone who is passionate about sales delivering exceptional service to clients and growing our business.
- Build relationships with property managers facility managers and industrial customers
- Seek new business through cold calling and networking
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows
- Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals
- Collaborate with the Job Site Supervisor and office associate to ensure jobs are scheduled and produced to meet expectations
- Meet with customers and perform estimates with the Commercial Estimator
- Win sales commitments in a competitive market
- Prepare weekly analysis of results
Commercial Painting Sales Associate Qualifications:
- B2B commercial sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of paints coatings carpentry drywall EIFS DRYVIT and construction preferred
