Job Description
Your mission:
- You will work closely with all departments and senior management to implement tools streamline processes and foster datadriven decisionmaking.
- You will evaluate current processes identify opportunities for improvement and create a roadmap for implementing changes.
- You will moderate discussions with experts and your team to select and integrate the most suitable tools and solutions.
- You will implement and develop these tools together with internal as well as external resources.
Your profile:
- You have proven experience in project management particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
- You bring expertise in optimizing and automating business processes as well as proficiency in ETL CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce and ProAlpha).
- You have experience with REST APIs business intelligence tools data visualization and cloud technologies such as data warehouses.
- You are interested in new technologies or program languages.
- You possess leadership stakeholder communication and change management skills translating complex concepts into business value.
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are an asset but not required.
