Location: Sarasota FL (InOffice Only THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

What Youll Do
As a B2B Sales Associate youll be responsible for driving new business by building relationships with healthcare organizations in need of recruiting services. This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves sales is comfortable working independently and isnt afraid to pick up the phone and close deals.
Prospect & Develop Leads Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare industry.
Make Connections Conduct outbound sales calls email outreach and followups to establish strong client relationships.
Close Deals Present our recruiting solutions negotiate terms and secure partnerships.
Manage the Sales Cycle Take ownership of your sales pipeline tracking progress and driving results.
Collaborate Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
B2B Sales Experience Previous experience in businesstobusiness sales is required. Experience in staffing recruiting or healthcare sales is a plus.
Phone Sales Expertise Youre confident persuasive and skilled at overcoming objections.
Strong Computer Skills Comfortable using CRM software email and other digital tools.
SelfMotivated & Independent You thrive in a commissionbased environment and are driven by results.
