Overview:
The individual selected for this role will serve as a member of the Document Control Team for the Key
Bridge Rebuild Project in the Baltimore area.
Responsibilities:
Support and assist the management of engineering documents in accordance with government regulations and company procedures on various projects.
Responsible for processing internal and external distribution of engineering documentation on incoming and outgoing workflows and preparing transmittals for document distribution as directed.
Other duties include reviewing and/or conducting quality checks of documents as needed; configuring updating and maintaining engineering document management systems and permissions; updating and maintaining various distribution matrixes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business information management information technology data management or computer information systems is preferred though not required.
1 years experience requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail oriented with effective organization and coordination skills
Ability to: Identify and utilize the correct tools systems and techniques to index file and control engineering documents Remain flexible when dealing with changing requirements Multitask and work proactively to resolve issues Work independently Effectively collaborate with others in a teambased environment
