Job Description

IT CHANGE MANAGER

Retail experience a big plus! along with Order Management Systems!

•6 Month initial -Outside of IR35 Contractwith expected extensions

• Hybrid working Home / London

We are now actively looking for aIT CHANGE MANAGERfor our client, to join them in an Outside of IR35Contract initially for 6 months to add value to the business through driving technology and process efficiency improvements inline with the Business Strategy as part of theThe role sits within the Global IT Delivery team. If you have a sweet spot for delivering strategic technology initiatives that drive a change agenda, the IT Change Manager will partner with delivery teams to ensure our IT change strategy is successfully embedded across the business. Rolling out IBM Sterling if you have experience of this it is highly adventageus.

Our client has been on an incredible transformation journey – as they continue to grow, they are committed to delivering key technology initiatives that embed their IT fundamentals and support modernising our ways of working within the HR function and in partnership with the business.


You will be responsible for:

  • You will embed yourself in the IT team, using your specialist knowledge to plan for and implement changes identified throughout the projects you are involved in.
  • You will lead on any Change Impact Assessments (CIA), supporting key business stakeholders to identify the impact on our people and processes
  • You will work closely with anyone impacted by the project identifying and implementing activities to best support them through any change, mitigating impacts and bringing them with us on the journey.
  • You will lead the project training workstreams with support from the global training function, to include: facilitating the training needs analysis, coordinating training materials development and planning the training rollout
  • You will partner with the Programme Managers, Project Managers and the Change, Culture team

key things we’re looking for are:

  • Proven knowledge of change management and communications best practice.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment and in supporting complex programmes of work in a matrixed environment.
  • A highly effective communication style and approach with stakeholders and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Great coaching skills, with the ability to support and motivate people and managers through any people change
  • People focused with a strong self-belief and results-driven approach.
  • Highly organised and able to bring positive energy to the team dynamic.
  • Creative and a flair for writing
  • IBM Sterling or Order Management Systems
