ABOUT YOU

Knowledge and proper use of power and hand tools Knowledge and proper use of lawn mowing and edging equipment.

• Attach wires from planted trees to support stakes.
• Care for natural turf fields, making sure the underlying soil has the required composition to allow proper drainage and to support the grasses used on the fields.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, or other grounds features.
• Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage.

Ability to operate power mowers, chainsaws, pole pruners, blowers, weed eaters, chippers, other equipment and vehicles, tractors and more.

Requirements

Experience in landscape maintenance preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs.(Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried and / or pushed) Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat. Ability to perform extended walking, standing, kneeling and/or squatting

Meets physical requirements of operating equipment and is capable of working outdoors with intense heat/cold conditions, loud noises, etc.

Individuals who are bilingual with English, Spanish would be great but not required.

A Valid drivers license is a huge plus!

Pay $15.50.00 to $20.00 DOE
