Roessel Joy is partnering with a non-profit healthcare organization to add a Senior HR Generalist to their team! The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be able to perform advanced employee relations functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all responsibilities surrounding HR administration
- Perform onboarding and offboarding responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate HRIS entries
- Maintain compliance of state and federal requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years HR experience
- Prior experience leading a team
- Ability to comply with federal and state guidelines
- Industry experience a plus
