Job Description

Roessel Joy is partnering with a non-profit healthcare organization to add a Senior HR Generalist to their team! The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be able to perform advanced employee relations functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all responsibilities surrounding HR administration
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate HRIS entries
  • Maintain compliance of state and federal requirements

Requirements

  • 4+ years HR experience
  • Prior experience leading a team
