Job Description
- Ensure that all staff perform their assigned duties safely, effectively and professionally
- Handle & manage customer feedback & complaints on site.
- Manage the team’s work schedule, tasks, training, etc.
- Overlook the implementation of the operation guidelines while maintaining the highest level of safety.
- Efficiently manage & organize bookings to increase revenue and reduce the start delay time of the ride.
- Respond to emergency situations as they arise
- Perform daily opening & closing tasks (operational & financial).
