Job Description
- Set direction by prioritizing and organizing actions & resources to achieve objectives and contribute to countrywide strategy and annual plan development.
- Contribute to the country strategic planning process, budget and provide regular updates.
- Review operational and logistics functions to ensure agility in order to undertake a transition toward more sustainable interventions and refine existing systems to remain responsive to context changes.
- Develop and organize activities of Operations Department to provide timely and effective support to programs to ensure objectives are met.
- Recognize opportunities for innovative action and create an environment where alternative viewpoints are fostered and welcomed.
