- Analyze and map the relationships between the various parties on the program including the client, the client’s stakeholders, the program management team, the supply chain and other contractors and subcontractors.
- Develop, manage and lead the program interface management process in order to inform and develop the governance and decision-making processes and the Program Management Plan.
- Oversee the liaison and create / maintain links of communication within key parties involved on a program.
- Proactively building strategic alliances and coalitions with key constituency groups whose work and missions are aligned with the Project priorities to aid the delivery of key project milestones.
- Own the internal stakeholder map for the program and define the stakeholder management and communications plan.
- Ensure close coordination, alignment and communication across all of the delivering entities and key stakeholders, ensuring that there are effective stakeholder management plans with clear responsibility for delivery.
