- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and create floral arrangements.
- Track and repair floral materials.
- Organize storage space for the floral arrangements and other floral supplies.
- Purchase floral supplies as needed and within an assigned budget.
- Decorating confectionery products pieces and arrangements using accessories, gift items and ribbons as per order guideline.
- Set the standard for the ribbon and material used.
- Choose wrapping, ribbon, trays, cards and decoration item when ever needed as per the standards
- Responsible in the arrangement of the products chef and items production team
- Assist in choosing the suitable trays and items for the chocolate presentation.
