IT Help Desk Officer

Job Description

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, Follow-up and maintenance of the company's equipment at all headquarters.
• Preparing reports on maintenance operations and providing solutions and recommendations to improve work.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, Follow-up and maintenance of cameras and surveillance equipment.
• Testing new technology
• Follow up on the e-mail domain and solve its problems, if any.
• Assist with onboarding of new users, Setting up accounts for new user
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.

Job Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• 0:2 years of proven experience in related field and data entry.
• Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Multi-task and willing to assist colleagues when needed.
• A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
