Preparing and managing documents and reports required by different HR areas and byquality systems, as well as organizing and updating (both in computer systems and othermedium) data, files, and data bases related to active and passive employees, candidates,
interns, temporary workers, etc.
Preparing, recording and monitoring the details of all employees for managementpurposes and payroll calculations.
Preparing and managing documents related to the hiring of employees, temporaryworkers and interns.
Preparing and monitoring the annual training plan (carrying out the study, analysis anddefinition of needs, defining the course program, schedule and budget, looking forsuppliers, etc.)
Defining and using different sources and recruitment techniques to carry out selectionprocesses to cover vacancies, as well as monitoring the incorporations.
Preparing and updating job descriptions as well as the structure of the company.
Managing the attendance control system.
Making internal communication easier by using the necessary resources (webpage,assistance of active and passive employees, etc.).
Suggesting and contributing to the introduction systems and programs to improveemployeesâ motivation and satisfaction.
Collaborating in the preparation of reports and budgets in the department.
Representing the company before official organizations.
Supervising and guarantying the right application of the agreements, regulations andprocedures in force.
Collaborating in the accounting, reception and logistics of the canteens in the centers,when necessary.
Collaborating in the improvement of processes both at the level of documentation as wellas at the level of means of production and maintenance.
Knowing and complying with the regulations in matters of quality, environment and safetyincluded in the prevention plans and which have been established for the activity of thestaff in the centre.
Verifying and checking the validity of the works performed regarding quality and contents.
Defining contents and giving training courses to the team, according to the needsdetected.
Other duties and activities that contribute to meet the needs that may arise in theorganization of the center/area as following kind of formalities (VISA, Iqama, companyâsdocuments renewalâ¦) or travel management.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or other degrees within the socialand labor field, Psychology Degree, Law Degree or similar
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 5+ years of experience working as Human ResourcesManager.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Teamwork, planning, organization, troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
