Job Description
- Assist the maintenance management in the delivery of all maintenance and hygiene functions and in reviewing and reporting schedules of work to confirm compliance of delivery for 3rd party AMCs and in-house activities.
- Provide relevant technical expertise to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to the required quality.
- Supervise and support all contractors in a wide range of building maintenance disciplines including: AC, Power generation and distribution, HVAC, Chiller Plant, WWTP, general MEP installations and civil works.
