Works closely with the Head of Function and other Department Heads to develop a strong legal framework for URC.

Participates and provides inputs in various control, governance, and advisory committees, as applicable.

Provides legal advice to the Company regarding matters within and outside the State of Kuwait.

Prepares defense synopsis in legal matters related to the Company, which are assigned by the Head of Function.
