Job Description
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day work of all subcontractors including in-house workers etc. and report to the respective Project/ site In-charges/ Engineers and Construction Manager.
- Coordinating and supervising the Company Workers, sub-contractor workers and nominated contractor’s workers and reporting to the construction manager and site Engineer.
- Ensure the quality of workmanship of all activities on daily basis and reports the same to the reporting officers.
- Coordinating with storekeepers and Engineers for required materials.
- Coordinating with site MEP team.
- Maintain the record of labors who worked at the site.
- Ensure all activities are executed as per the quality standards/ specification within specified cost and time.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction site
