Duties and Responsibilities:

• General Responsibility: Bleems is looking for a designers with a visual sensibility, creativity, innovation and technical proficiency to provide graphic solutions to convey the messages in a consistent and credible manner. The designers will be responsible to the overall look of the material.
• Design & Communication Materials: Provide general creative and technical support for promotion of Bleems mission and campaigns at Kuwait and other operating offices (“visibility”) through the support of technical creativity and innovation to provide graphic solutions to convey Bleems overall image in a direct, dynamic, and attractive way.
• Awareness Building: Help design creative layout, info-graphics and, and execute content material campaigns, power point presentations, web launches, videos and any other materials used to promote UN. Design materials include, infographics, content posts, graphical designs, caption messaging for social medias, brochures, newsletter, templates, flyers, on-line design content such as, forming messages and taglines for both print and on-line publications.
• Reporting: knowledge sharing within the office and other regional offices; & Assist in aiding other regional offices with design templates and the creation and maintenance of a database. (library, photo database, etc.)
• Documentation: Bleems shall be entitled to all property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights and trademarks, with regards to materials which bears a direct relation to or is made in consequences of, the service provided under the internship.

Skills:

• You need to be well versed with Photoshop to make the above mentioned content.
• Excellent creativity, communication, grammar and writing skills that reflect the image of the brand.
• Familiarity with pop culture, internet and social media trends (memes, campaigns, etc.).
• Ability to translate an idea and message into fun content.
• Familiarity with basic video editing will be considered as a plus.
