Export Logistic Officer

Responsibilities Will Be As Follows:

• Coordinating with export sales team in receiving the shipping orders and arranging them according to the shipping method and destinations.
• Preparing the full set of shipping documents needed for export clearance process.
• Coordinating with stores keepers to achieve the optimum packaging methods.
• Coordinating with brokers team for customs clearance in a free zone area.
• Assigning the most efficient freight forwarder and preparing the proper shipping declaration, and arranging the booking of the suitable shipping method for each shipment.
• Sending the shipping details (Both soft and hard copies) of each shipment to the customers.
• Managing the accounts of freight forwarders in terms of invoices and dues.
• Evaluating and reporting the whole process in terms of procedures and costs.
• Taking the responsibility of any further tasks needed for the logistics process.
