Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • *Must be a current FPO with a Final/Interim Secret Clearance.
  • If you are not currently on contract, you will not be considered for this role. An administrative clerk's primary responsibility is to cover down during the absence of one of the other OPs team members.
  • This includes but is not limited to; off days, vacations, etc.
  • As a part time administrative clerk, you are expected to work three days in the office and three days on shift unless scheduled otherwise.

Requirements for Administrative Clerk:

  • Must be HIGHLY proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Must possess a high attention to detail/s
  • Must be able to read and brief written reports well enough to formulate complete and coherent incident reports.
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and take orders
  • Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, and computers
  • Maintain updated systems for filing and databases Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
  • Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a Secret Clearance (Final/Interim).
  • Must have a valid On Base Driver's License Must have a working local number (company housing numbers do not count)
  • Must be willing to change shift/camp/day off (if applicable)

Additional Recommended Software/Hardware:

  • Adobe Acrobat DC Personal computer with Microsoft Office installed (If not, one will be provided)
