Job Description
- Employ traditional and leading-edge valuation methodologies relevant to different valuation contexts such as business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, intangible asset valuations, purchase price allocations, financial instrument valuation, and dispute valuations
- Conduct in-depth client, economic, industry, and competitor research
- Perform analysis of financial and operational performance
- Independently build financial models commensurate to the different types of assignments
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports, information memorandums, and another client deliverable
