You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPlan and assess the timelines for development • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities • Supervise and coordinate the development activities, monitor progress, and ensure that the deliverables are met based on scrum / agile methodologies. • In charge of resolution of technology roadblocks on the infrastructure and deployment • Ensure smooth operation of multiple products, up times, and network quality • Review and approve product design changes • Oversee quality assurance (test, UAT compliance) • Responsible for assisting in interviewing, hiring and training employees related to product development • Establish live deployment activities to make sure the go-live is smooth every time. Set up access control between external vendors and internal AWS systems. • Monthly reporting to department manager regarding product growth and new feature demos • Work closely with management to understand and refine product functional requirements • Ensure controls, security standards, feature completeness and compliances. • Coordinate all engineering changes and approvals to meet product deadlines • Assist in cost evaluation, develop timelines, and manage activities to comply • Drive continuous improvement of features, quality and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness • Redirect any glitches, bugs to relevant teams for timely action.
