The client is looking to hire a Call Center Agent from a Banking domain for their team at Kuwait.
Job Requirement:
- Managing large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers ‘needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
- Excellent Communication & Listening Skills.
- Must be organized and with great attention to detail
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Must be flexible & Calm under pressure.
