Job Description
An IT Sales Support Officer assists Xpertier clients through each sales process step. They also identify, create lists of potential company clients while maintaining databases of sales. Additional responsibilities of an IT Sales Support Officer (B2B) include:
-Compiling daily lists of leads
-Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
-Handling all administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings, performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, IT sales figures and other essential data
