Role:Digital Operations Support

Job Description

You would be working as part of the Marketing Services team on execution of projects for Engineering & Technology products in the B2B space.

Key activities include

1. Work with Project teams to build and enhance program specific database of Accounts / contacts in CRM from multiple sources

2. Building & managing database of prospects, customers, resources in CRM (we use Zoho CRM)

3. Digital campaigns using email &social media marketingin coordination with team

4. CRM data enhancement and update from publisheddata, social media & field feedback

Role is based at our office in Andheri E, Mumbai.

Suitable Profile

Graduate with upto 2 years working experience and an interest in Marketing Operations

Good Communication (written, spoken) and data management skills

Keen to learn, innovate and contribute

Working experience on CRM, B2B Email marketing would be useful

Any certification in B2B Digital Marketing /Sales would be an advantage

Requisite Training in usage of Net, Social media platforms and CRM would be provided

Remuneration
